6-8 pounds beef roast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
beef bouillon cubes
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into 4-6 pieces and place in crock pot. Sprinkle with all seasonings except bouillon. Barely cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 hours. Remove meat and allow juices to cool until grease forms on top. Dip off all grease. Remove fat from roast and cut into thin strips. To serve, return meat to juices and heat to serving temp. Add bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce. Serve on heated French rolls with a cup of juice for dipping. Add Swiss cheese on top if desired.
