2 graham cracker or vanilla wafer pie crusts
1- 8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
1 stick butter, melted
1 2/3 c. coconut
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Mrs. Richards Caramel Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Divide and put in 2 pie crusts. Combine butter, coconut, and almonds. Mix together and pour in a 9x13 pan and roast at 350º until light brown. When you remove from the oven, pull coconut and almonds to one end of pan. Tip up and drain off butter as you do not want to use this in your pie. Once cool, divide coconut nut mixture in half and put over the two pies. Drizzle Mrs. Richards Caramel Sauce over pies and put in refrigerator
