1 yellow cake mix
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. grated orange peel
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1 c. sugar
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients and put in a 10x15 pan. Beat egg whites, cream of tarter and 1 c. sugar. Gently spread evenly over cake. Take a tablespoon and dab it here and there as you do not want it mixed INTO your cake you want it as a meringue on top of your cake. Bake at 350º for 40-45 min. Test with a toothpick to see if done as may need more time. When cool and ready to serve, combine whipped whipping cream and sugar and spread over cake. Top with sliced strawberries.
