2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup cooking oil
5 cups boiling water 2 heaping teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons instant yeast
flour

Directions:
Directions:
in a very large bowl(big enough for bread to raise) mix the oatmeal,molasses,cooking oil salt and boiling water..let stand until lukewarm, then add 2 tablespoons instant yeast and add enough flour to make a stiff dough, kneed well,cover with clean dish towel and let rise...punch down and let rise again..then cut in 4 equal pieces and put in 4 greased bread pans.
bake at 350º 45- 60 minutes..bursh tops with butter after taking out of oven..remove from pans and cool.
