6 red peppers
1 qt heavy cream
sea salt
12 oz crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Split peppers in half, remove seeds. Cut into quarters- place in pan. Add cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Blend in blender or food processor. Add salt to taste. Serve in hot bowls. Sprinkle with cab meat.

Fran Donlon, John Donlon's mother, was a great cook! This is so easy it is embarrassing. Her secret: The salt makes the soup sweet.
