2 cups dried sweetened cranberries
3/4 cup apple cider, divided
1 cup butter, divided
1 1/2 pounds herb seasoned bread crumbs
2 large onions, diced
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
12 oz. pork breakfast sausage
2 apples, peeled and diced
3 Tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cranberries in 1/2 cup apple cider for 2 hours. Saute onions in 1/2 cup butter until transparent. Place onions in a large mixing bowl with crumbs. Cook sausage until brown, cool and crumble into crumb mixture. Add apples and thyme and mix well. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup cider and 3 cups water over stuffing. Stir gently. Bake covered or uncovered at 350º for 40-60 minutes.
