3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup peeled and diced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and eggs; mix well, then add baking powder, salt and vanilla. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour into 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake 30 minutes @ 350º. Cut in wedges when cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
