I box of Yellow cake mix
Granny Smith apples
Confectioners Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Make a YELLOW cake as directed.

Put half batter in baking pan.
Slice a granny smith apple, no skin…Slice THIN
lay apples over 1/2 of the batter in the pan.
Sprinkle apples w/ cinnamon then pour other half over the mixture
Then add another layer of thinly sliced apples on top.

Sprinkle w/ cinnamon

Bake 5-10 minutes MORE than the cake box directions..but keep testing..the apples make the cake take longer to bake.

After done, sprinkle upon removal from oven w/ confectioner's sugar on top of cake.

VOILA! Enjoy!
