Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Seasoning (I used onion powder, seasoning salt and pepper)
garlic butter
bacon (cooked and crumbled)
frozen spinach
Shredded cheese (your favorite)

Topping - Stove top stuffing or Hollendaise sauce works.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breast in half to have two thin pieces. Pound chicken flat. Place flattened pieces in greased cupcake pan, leaving the extra pieces out of the cup hole. Season chicken pieces. Add spinach on bottom followed by bacon pieces and about a teaspoon of garlic butter and topped with shredded cheese. Wrap the overflowing chicken over the cheese. If choosing stuffing topping place cooked stuffing on top of each piece. Bake at 350 for half hour then broil for a few minutes to brown. If choosing hollandaise sauce pour over pieces right before serving. (1 large chicken breast makes two flattened pieces.)
