2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine
12 oz. of white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 - 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme
3/4 c. chopped, dried apricots
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients and bring to full
rolling boil in a 2 1/2 to 3 qt. sauce pan, stirring
constantly. Continue boiling 7 minutes over
medium heat or until a candy thermometer reaches
234º, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate until melted.
Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Cool
and cut into squares.

This fudge was very good, but we never put
