1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
9 eggs

Directions:

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and heat oven to
375º.

Beat the eggs and add the milk, flour, and
margarine. Whip together. The batter will be
lumpy. Pour into the baking dish and bake
30-45 minutes or until the center is baked and
the top browned. Best served right away and with
maple syrup.
