1 pkg. yellow cake mix,
1 pkg. small vanilla instant pudding mix,
1 cup canned pumpkin,
3 eggs,
l/2 cup of oil,
l/2 cup of water,
1 l/2 tsp Cinnamon,
1 tsp pumpkin spice,
1 tsp. pure vanilla ,

Streusel:
1 c. packed brown sugar,
1 tsp cinnamon,
2 T. butter

Frosting:
12 oz. cream cheese softened,
3 cups. powdered sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Make cupcakes beating cake mix, pudding, pumpkin, oil, water, eggs, and cinnamon until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes. Spoon into cupcake liners l/4 full.

Mix Streusel ingredients and place 1 tbsp into cup. Spoon more mix on top until cupcake liner is about l/2 full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes on 350º. Cool and frost with icing.
