3 3/4 qt. (15 c.) popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Divide popcorn in two pans.
Mix brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup, and salt in
saucepan, cook and stir over medium heat until
it bubbles around the edges.
Cook five minutes. Remove from heat and stir
in the baking soda until foamy. Pour over the
popcorn and mix until the popcorn is covered. Bake one hour at 200º on an ungreased cookie
sheet. Stir every 15 minutes. If adding peanuts,
add them before pouring the sauce over the
popcorn.
