SALAD:
3-4 crowns of broccoli, cut up into small florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup red onion, diced
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
DRESSING:
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Blend all three dressing ingredients together and add to salad before serving.

I substitute at least half of mayo for plain yogurt and Truvia for most of the sugar. I do use a little sugar to assure that it will have the same flavor
