2 lb. roast (arm, chuck, etc.)
beef bullion cubes
salt and pepper to taste
onion
potatoes peeled and quartered
Homemade egg noodles (see recipe)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil beef in water with onion and bullion cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add quartered potatoes, cook until almost done. Add homemade noodles and boil until noodles are tender.
