2-4 lb. whole chicken
Chicken Bullion cubes
salt and pepper to taste
onion
celery
carrots
Homemade egg noodles (see recipe)
Dumplings (see recipe)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole chicken in water with bullion cubes, onion and celery. Remove chicken and cool completely. Reserve stock. Remove meat and cut into bite size pieces. Add cut carrots and chicken to stock. Bring to boil. Add homemade egg noodles. Top with dumplings and cook until done.
