2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
2 tbl. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 4 ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg, milk and flavorings. Blend in dry ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Roll out on floured board. Use cookie cutters and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375*. Cool completely . Frost with buttercream icing and dip in Jimmies.
