2 1/4 Cups flour (divided)
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
3/4 Cup chilled butter, cut into pieces
4 large eggs
1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 3/4 cups butter in food processor until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture into lightly greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º until lightly golden brown
Whisk together eggs, granulated sugar lemon rind and lemon juice. Combine baking powder, salt and remaining 1/4 cup flour and whisk into egg mixture. Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
