1 20 oz. can pineapple slices
3 tsp margarine (butter)
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup flour
2 20oz. cans drained yams
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Drain/4 cup syrup. Line the side of a 10x16 baking with the pineapple overlapping, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Arrange the yams in the center of the baking dish. Pour the pineapple syrup over the yams. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts and sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350º for 25 mi. Top with marshmallows and broil until lightly brown.

I usually double the pineapple depending on the size of the baking dish. I also double the topping because it's so good.
