Ingredients:  
3 1/2 Cups Rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 Cup 1/2 and 1/2
dash of salt
Pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except flour. Sprinkle flour on bottom of unbaked pie crust. Pour rhubarb mixture into pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
