Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 - 6 Large Potatoes
8 - 10 Large Eggs
1/2 Large finely chopped Yellow or White Onion
1 pkg artificial or real crab chopped

Dressing
2 cups Miracle Whip
Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste
1/4 (little less) cup Milk
2 tbsp Vinegar Juice from Sweet Pickle
1 tbsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes and Eggs, cool. If you run cold water on boiled eggs immediately after they are done they are easier to peel. Chop into a large bowl. Add chopped onion/crab. Mix well.

Mix dressing together... pour on, mix well. I've estimated the milk vinegar and mustard as I usually go by taste. Refrigerates a few hours or overnight. Tastes better the next day once the flavors meld. Garnish with parsley flakes and paprika.

Neil says "Ruth makes the best Potato Salad". It has got me in trouble a time or two. Old family story.

Great for potlucks - but indicate you have crab in it incase their are allergies.
