1 white onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans Diced tomatoes or 1can+ tomato paste
1 can Kidney Beans
1 packet Chili Mix seasoning
120z. Pkg. Morning star Grillers Crumblers
1 can water, to taste
Saute onions and green pepper. add other ingredients Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 15-30 min. Good over Whole Wheat Pasta, Whole Grain Rice, or as a Soup with Crackers.
