Grandma's Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

3-4 Chicken Breasts
2 Can of Tomato Sauce
2 Can of "El Pato" Tomato sauce
Corn Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Vegetable oil
Sliced Olives- Optional
Chopped Onions- Optional

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1) Boil the chicken until fully cooked through

Step 2) Let the chicken cool down so you dont burn yourself shredding it

Step 3) While chicken is cooling- pour all cans of Tomato sauce into large pan and mix- heat (do not boil)

Step 4) Shred Chicken and season to taste with your favorite spices

Step 5) Pour about 1/2 cup of oil into a smaller pan and heat

Step 6) Now line all your food up for your messy assembly line of these bad boys

- Have you chicken and tortillas ready and helper is allways a good idea but no needed

- Have a large casserole dish on the other side other stove *wet the dish with some of your tomato sauce

- Pre-heat oven to 400

Step 7) Dip you tortillas in heated oil until tender then dry it on paper towels then dip in your tomato sauce. Then place the tortilla in the dish
Step 8) Fill tortilla with your fixings (chicken, olives, onions) then roll it up and do the next one
Step 9) When complete pour you left over tomato sauce on top of enchiladas
Step 10) Top with lots of cheese and place in oven till the cheese is melted
Step 11) Enjoy grandmas enchiladas
