Ingredients:  
1 package cheese filled tortellini
1-2 tbsp. garlic oil
Creamy Caesar salad dressing (enough to coat, not too much though)
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan-reggiano cheese
2/3 cup coarsely chopped sopressata hard salami
1 can drained sm. artichoke hearts - quartered
1/2 cup green onions cut on bias

Directions:
Prepare tortellini according to package directions. Drain well and toss with garlic oil. Let cool and refrigerate overnight or longer. (can be made 2 to 3 days out)
Remove tortellini and bring to room temp. Add all remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
