1 box of Duncan Hines Strawberry Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1 tsp of water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together (it will be thick). You can either use a teaspoon or a tablespoon to dip the mix out, depending on how big you want the cookie to be. Spoon onto the greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. When the bottom of the cookie starts to turn lightly brown/tan they are done.

Place on a rack to cool and then sprinkle confectionery sugar.
