1 large onion chopped
1 cup chopped left over ham
2 1/2 cups lightly packed grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp flour
2 lbs potatoes(peeled and thinly sliced)
2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350 F.
- lightly grease 9 inch square pan.
- toss together ham and onion
- in separate bowl toss together flour and cheese

2. Layer a quarter of the potatoes on bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put a layer of the ham and onion mixture over the potatoes.
- then put a layer of the cheese and flour mixture over ham.
Continue to layer this way. Finish top layer with cheese and flour mixture.
Heat milk,pour over mixture.
Cover and bake until potatoes are nearly tender(approx. 30 min.)
Remove cover and continue to bake approx.25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are cooked and cheese is golden brown.
