1 30oz. Package frozen hash browns
1 Cup chopped onions
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. sour cream
2 Cups grated cheese
1 ½ Sticks of butter
2 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle onions and salt on top. Melt one stick of butter, soup and cheese; mix well. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping: Melt ½ stick of butter. Pour over corn flakes, top and bake for 15 minutes more.

Since I have lived in Hastings, I’ve always wanted the best recipe for potatoes. In my opinion, this is it. One of the ladies at church gave it to me!!! ENJOY
