1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. hot taco sauce, med or mild
if preferred
1 c. picante sauce or salsa, med or mild
2 - 16 oz cans chili hot beans
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese,
low fat part skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Brown turkey and onion. Drain. Mix with sauces. Place layer of turkey mixture in bottom or casserole dish (3 qt.). Cover with one can of beans, layer of cheese and layer of crushed Fritos. Repeat layers, ending with Fritos on top. Bake at 350^ for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly. Low fat,
