Tomatoes, diced ¼” 2#
Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Mix 1#
Cesar Dressing 2# 8 oz
Table Ground Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons
Basil, julienne 1” x ¼” 2 oz
Green Onions, diced ¼” 5oz
fusilli Pasta, cooked 8#
Spinach, julienne 2” x ¼” 6 oz
Parmesan Cheese, shredded 10 0z
Artichokes julined thin 2inch strips 6oz
Peperocini (large) julined thin strips 4oz

Directions:
Directions:
•In a large lexan, add house dressing
and sun-dried tomato pesto mix.
•Mix well with gloved hands.
•Add shredded parmesan cheese,
spinach, bowtie pasta, green onion,
tomatoes, basil and table ground
black pepper.
•Mix well with gloved hands.
•Transfer to a clear lexan.
•Cover, label, date and refrigerate
