Ingredients:  
3 Cups Mashed Potatoes (great to use up leftovers)
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 chopped Yellow Onion
1/2 tsp each black pepper, garlic powder, steak spice, Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder (optional)
2 tbsp flour
1 can tomatoe Soup
1/4 can of water
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups kernel corn
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add onion and spices saute a bit longer, add flour and mix well.
Add tomatoe soup, water, tomatoes, corn.
Mix well, then transfer to a 8" pan
Top with mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese

Bake at 375º for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is browned a bit and the sauce is bubbling in the potatoes.
