Ingredients:  
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 3 butterfly chops
1 Tbsp oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 pkg egg noodles, cooked

Sauce:
1 tsp. oil
1/2 c. dry sherry or cooking wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (to taste)
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 5 to 6 pieces(if using chops cut in half). Brown chicken or chops in the 1 Tbsp oil and remove from skillet. Sauté garlic in skillet. Combine sauce ingredients, except cornstarch and water. Add meat and sauce mixture with garlic in skillet. Simmer, covered for 15-20 min (30 for chops). Remove meat, set aside. In a cup, dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce in skillet. Cook until thickened. Pour over meat. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.
