12 slices of white bread
6 slices of ham
6 slices of American cheese
Instant dried onions
7 eggs
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 stick butter
Cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with 6 slices of bread. Arrange ham and cheese on top. Sprinkle with dried onion.

Mix the eggs, milk and mustard. Pour mixture over the bread. Cover pan with foil and chill for 8 hours or overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350. Remove foil from pan and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with 1 stick of melted butter. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
