2 pints grape/cherry tomatoes, halved
2 - 4-0z. containers crumbled Feta
2 tbsp. white wine or Champagne vinegar
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (Italian leaf)
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half and place in large bowl. Add Kosher salt, stir then add the rest of the ingredients. Toss gently and serve at room temperature.
