4 eggs, 8 tbsp. milk or water, l tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 6-8 cups of flour.

Beat eggs & salt & milk or water, Mix dry ingredients into bowl and add eggs. Mix well, divide in 2-3 parts. Roll out well on floured counter and roll out to size of jelly roll. Let sit and dry 1-2 hours. (the thinner the faster they will dry) Boil in hot water until done. (Drain)Burn a stick of butter in a frying pan (can add cubed bread and cook in butter) Pour over drained noodles

Serve with mashed potatoes, in another bowl cut up onion and add vinegar to onion-put vinegared onions on top of mashed potatoes and serve with creamed peas. This is a great German dish!!!
Creamed peas--Drain a can of peas ( or cook frozen peas) Put in sauce pan add 4 tbsp. of milk and l tbsp cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste . Add 1 tbsp margarine, boil until thick--enjoy!
