1 9-inch deep dish pie shell,unbaked
1/2 cup flour
1 Sugar
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 Cup quick oats(or 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup chopped nuts if you prefer)
1 Cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Add the butter and mix again. fold in the oatmeal or nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 350º for about 30-35 minutes, until golden.
