3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup vegetable oil
2 (10oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries (thawed)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Reserve 1/2 tsp. strawberry juice. In large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Separately, combine eggs, oil, and strawberries; add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hr. or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool and remove from pans. Mix reserved strawberry juice into margarine to serve with bread.
