2 cups sugar
1 pkg. Junket Powder (envelope)
4 eggs
1 large can condensed milk
Almost 1 gal. homogenized milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and junket powder together. Beat eggs separately. Mix eggs and dry mixture together in 1 gallon ice cream maker. Add vanilla & condensed milkt; fill can with homogenized milk and mix all together. Follow freezer directions to freeze.
