Ingredients:  
3-4 lbs pieces of beef (round or butt work best) cooked until well done in salt water, cooled and chopped.
2/3 stick of margarine
4 tbsp cider vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 c prepared mustard
2 tbsp parsley flakes
4 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 c catsup
1/2 c water
2 large yellow or sweet onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute onions in margarine until tender. Add all other ingredients except beef and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Place chopped beef and sauce in large baking dish and mix well. Cover and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cool and serve on a Kaiser roll or bread of your choice.
