1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan until it is caramel color. Add milk until it is almost scalded. Cool. Beat eggs, add sugar and lemon juice. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 325º for 45 minutes.

Warning: The butter takes a while to turn but very quickly after that it will burn - so, watch it!

Easy! The ingredients are kitchen staples. It can be put together while you're cooking dinner when you didn't know you needed pie. It is delicious warm or cold. And if you don't like lemony things it's also great without the lemon!
