Pork Tenderloin (6 - 8 oz. per person)
1 cup Grand Marnier (you may substitute Triple Sec to reduce cost)
16 - 25 oz. fresh orange juice
4-6 closed garlic diced
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan over medium low heat, combine Grand Marnier, garlic and orange juice and reduce by half or until it thickens.
Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and garlic and grill to medium or medium rare.
Slice pork tenderloin and drizzle with sauce and serve.
Also good with grilled chicken breasts.
