6 - 8 pieces fresh groups (6-8 oz. each)
2 cups white wine
1 - 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
8 - 12 garlic cloves diced
10 - 12 fresh basil leaves chopped
1 can quartered artichoke hearts drained
1 can hearts of palm cut into 3/4 inch pieces and drained
a can large black olives drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine white wine, tomatoes with juice, garlic and basil and bring to a boil. Add fish and reduce heat and poach (simmer) 15 to 25 minutes (depending on thickness of fish). Turn fish over after about 10 minutes. Fish should be firm but flake to the touch with fork. Approximatley 5 minutes before serving, add artichokes, black olives and hearts of palm. If needed, add more white wine as the fish cooks.
