3lb Lean Ground Round
vegetable oil
Green and Red Pepper, chopped
Lg Onion, chopped
4 lg cloves garlic, chopped

2 lg cans (28oz.) Tomatoes, crushed in hands
1 can Beer
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
2Tbsp chili powder
2Tbls Worstershire Sauce
1Tbls each paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin
salt & pepper to taste

Fry beef with onions, peppers, and garlic in a little oil till well browned. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 min.

My Dad taught me how to make chili along time ago and I learned to put a can of Budweiser in it instead of water. It tastes great if you cook it outside on the grill and let it go all day on low heat and add the chili beans at the end so that they do not get mushy. Add more or less seasonings to your own personal taste.
