1 - 2 lbs. ground chuck or round beef
4 - 5 tbsp. Italian Bread Crumbs
1 - 2 eggs (1 egg per lbs. of meat)
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp. Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (plus salt and pepper to taste) and roll into medium sized meatballs (about the size of a large egg). Broil in oven, to brown only, on both sides. Remove from oven and add to sauce for the last hour of simmering of the sauce. Stir periodically and continue to remove excess oil from top as needed.
