1 qt. Lime Sherbert
1 pt. Vanilla Ice Cream
1qt. Raspberry Sherbet
1/4 cup Miniature Chocolate Chips

A metal or freezer safe mixing bowl and another bowl that fits inside the mixing bowl to help mold the watermelon (a nesting bowl)

Plastic wrap

Directions:
1. Put metal bowl in freezer for about ten minutes
2. Line bowl with plastic wrap and add softened lime sherbet to line the entire bowl (bottom and sides)
3. Wrap plastic around the bottom of the nesting bowl and press it on top of lime sherbet to help make the mold.
4. Freeze with plastic wrap for 10 minutes, then remove plastic wrap and freeze until firm for 30-60 minutes
5. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the frozen lime sherbet.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4
7. In separate bowl, mix chocolate chips into softened raspberry sherbet
8. Pour raspberry sherbet mixture on top of the vanilla ice cream mixture and smooth top with a spatula
9. Freeze until firm (approx. 8 hours)
10. To remove from the metal pan, loosen sides with a knife or thin spatula (you can even use a hairdryer on the bottom of the bowl to help bombe release).
11. Place upside down on a serving plate and freeze until ready to serve
12. Slice and serve your watermelon slices!!!!
