1 8 oz. package spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
in 9X13 inch pan:
2 T margarine
1/3 c grated Parmesean cheese
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 egg well beaten
also need:
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 green pepper
2 T vegetable oil
1 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 t sugar
1/2 leaf organo
1/2 t garlic salt
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
To the ingredients already in 9/13 pan, add drained, cooked spaghetti noodles.
Sautee meat, green pepper, and onion 'til brown, drain of fat...add spaghetti sauce, sugar, and garlic salt.
bottom layer=pasta
next layer=cottage cheese spread around
next layer=meat mixture
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Then add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for
10 more minutes
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting
