1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts
2 cans chicken broth + water
1 lb. spaghetti or fettuccine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. milk
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 lb. Velveeta or 10 slices American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Cook the chicken and remove bones; set aside. In chicken broth and water, cook pasta, onion, bouillon and salt and pepper. While noodles are boiling, mix the milk, butter, cornstarch, cheese and soups together in a microwavable bowl. Cook in the microwave until cheese is melted. Check on the cheese mixture every 30 seconds and stir well. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked noodles and add the chicken. Bake in 350ºF oven until the cheese sauce is bubbling and begins to brown just a little bit.
