12 oz. chocolate chips
2 T butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups quick oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, 3 Tbsp. butter and sweetened condensed milk in pan and add 1 tsp vanilla. Set aside to cool. Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs. Mix in 1 tsp vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal. Press 2/3 of dough in 9x13 pan. Cover with fudge filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put rest of dough on top in crumbles. Bake at 350 º for 20 minutes.
