1 stick margarine
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 14 oz pks coconut
Chocolate bark or dipping chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 1st five ingredients and press in a 9 x 13 wax paper lined pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan, cut into squares or bars and dip in chocolate. For balls: Mix 1st five ingredients and scoop with melon scoop or roll by hand and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and set overnight. Dip in melted chocolate using toothpicks. Makes about 5 dozen balls.
