2 lb, bag frozen potato cubes
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sticks butter or margarine
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Kellogg's Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In medium to large size mixing bowl, mix onion, soup, 1 stick butter (melted), sour cream, and cheese until well blended. In medium to large size baking dish, spread potatoes as bottom layer. Spread mixture from bowl evenly across top of potatoes. Top with layer of corn flakes. Drizzle 2nd stick of butter (melted) across corn flakes. Bake in oven at 350º F for 30-35 minutes.
