1 dz eggs
2-3 t mustard (Dijon Mustard is good too)
1/3 c miracle whip (or mayo if you don't have miracle whip)
1 T finely chopped onion (optional)
1/4 t Tabasco
salt and pepper
1 T pickle juice
paprika

Method;
First boil the eggs
Second, peel the eggs and slice each egg in half, lengthwise.
Remove the yolk halves and place in a mixing bowl.
Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter.
Lastly, Using a mixer mix up the yolks and add mustard, miracle whip, onion, Tabasco.
While I am mixing, I just keep adding a little more Miracle whip, mustard and/or pickle juice utnil it looks smooth enough.
Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper as you mix.
Spoon egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika for color on top.
